February is American Heart Month

In February our minds turn to our hearts, but not just because of Valentine's Day. This month is American Heart Month. February provides the perfect opportunity to control heart disease risk factors such as high blood pressure and cholesterol and even show others how to Act in Time to Heart Attack Signs.
