Announcing Our New Design and Features

The NIH's National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NHLBI) is delighted to debut a redesign of our enewsletters—with improvements in design, features, and content!

Immediate benefits for you include:
  • A broader range of content and resources in each issue, rather than focus on a single topic
  • Improved readability, to instantly hone in on content that matters to you
  • Easy access to reliable health information
Are You Signed Up for Both Enewsletters?

You may currently receive only one of our two signature enewsletters. This update expands your options to allow you to sign up to receive both:
  • Health e-Actions—twice-a-month enewsletter that provides current and practical health information and links to educational materials, tools, news, and events
  • Professional Spotlight—monthly enewsletter that provides highlights of current research, news about resources and tools to benefit health care practitioners, and announcements of upcoming events
Subscribe To the Health Information You Want—With Ease!

Introducing GovDelivery service: The NHLBI has transitioned to a new subscription management service (GovDelivery) to better serve you. This is a “background” change and won’t affect how or when you receive the enewsletters you currently read. Your email address will only be used to deliver the requested information or to give you access to your subscription preferences, and you can change or update your subscription information at any time. (See the NHLBI’s privacy policy for more details on our commitment to protecting your privacy; or review GovDelivery’s privacy policy.)

Receive the content you want: The shift to GovDelivery also means improved service to you—adding value and flexibility to the way you receive health information from the NHLBI. In addition to subscribing to enewsletters of interest, you can sign up to receive email alerts of updates to specific areas of the NHLBI Web site, such as press releases, funding announcements, and messages from the director’s office.

Review your subscription preferences to make sure you are signed up to receive timely news on the topics you care about, delivered straight to your inbox.
