Shipping RatesRates for shipping and handling of
NHLBI materials are being increased, effective August 1, 2006.
The last increase in charges for shipping and handling was
made in 2001. Since that time, all carriers (including the
U.S. Postal Service) have raised their rates by as much as 3
percent each year. To cover the actual cost of shipping
