National Men's Health Week is
celebrated each year as the week leading up to and including
Father's Day. The purpose is to heighten the awareness of
preventable health problems and encourage early detection and
treatment of disease among men.
Heart disease is the leading cause of
death in men. Here are some educational items that focus on

Is a Man You Know at Risk of a Heart
Attack?
Show him you care with a heart attack survivor's
collection. 
You can greatly increase
the chance of surviving a heart attack if you know how to act in
time to the warning signs. This easy-to-read brochure covers the
actions that help in surviving a heart attack. It lists heart attack
warning signs. Most important, it discusses why people commonly put
off seeking care, and it explains why immediate action is critical.
