Vote for Your Favorite We Can!® Video

photo of a girl taking a video of three friendsEarlier this summer, We Can! launched its first video contest.  Several We Can! community sites and partners stepped up to the video camera to display their creativity, while simultaneously promoting We Can!'s three core messages:  healthy eating, increased physical activity, and reduced screen time.

Now it's your turn.  Help We Can! select the video contest winner by voting for your favorite video now through August 20th!  Follow these simple instructions:

  1. Visit the We Can! Facebook page.
  2. "Like" We Can! on Facebook.
  3. Click on We Can!'s video tab.
  4. View all nine video contest entries by double-clicking on their icons.
  5. Vote for your favorite video by clicking "Like."  Videos should be judged using the following criteria:
    • Message and appropriateness to the three key themes of We Can!
    • Creativity and originality
    • Overall presentation
  6. Share the videos with your friends and family, and encourage them to vote.

Your vote will select the winning video, and the community site that submitted that video will receive $1,500 for its programming and its video will be prominently displayed on the We Can! Web site, Facebook page, and YouTube channel.
