Three registered nurses conduct monthly Blood Pressure Screenings and Blood Pressure Education at 16 community sites in Evansville Indiana. Education provided on Lifestyle modifications for prevention and control. Referrals to and from community organizations and physicians.
Educational classes are provided to health care agencies on proper technique for blood pressure measurement and current guidelines.
