Part 6: Staying Motivated

**Download the free RealPlayer.

Music is a great way to get yourself in the mood for being active. Use a lively song for the warm-up exercises, a faster beat for the walking, and a relaxing song for the cool-down period. Listen to the music Angela likes when she does her exercises.

Have plenty of cool drinking water available before and after the activity. It will help you feel energetic and refreshed.

Keeping a personal record (pdf *, 364 kb) of physical activity is another way to stay motivated.
