Getting Started

Dona Fela This course shows you how to help group members learn the topics for the session, Be More Physically Active, from the Your Heart, Your Life program. You will teach them that:

Physical activity is good for the heart and overall health.
People should be physically active at least 30 minutes every day.
Brisk walking is a simple activity almost everyone can do.
There are ways to fit more activity into a busy schedule.
