As a lay health educator, it is important that you demonstrate your commitment to heart health. In the group, you'll ask members to make a weekly pledge. Good pledges are realistic, specific, and include something that can be done regularly and last over time. Decide whether you think each pledge below is a good one. Then click on each pledge to get more information.

Nestor says:

I'll exercise two hours before work every morning.

Carmencita says:

I'll go to the gym more often.

Mariano says:

I'll participate in a tennis tournament while on vacation.

Virginia says:

I'll ride my stationary bike instead of watching television.

Dona Fela says:

I'll get up and move around more at work.
