Nothing in the archive has been updated since, so treat the clinical content as a historical record rather than current advice.

Where an archived copy did not survive, the page at that address says plainly that it could not be recovered rather than guessing at what it said. Links inside the recovered pages that pointed at such missing items now lead to the nearest section page and are marked.
