Shipping Rates

Rates for shipping and handling of NHLBI materials are being increased, effective August 1, 2006. The last increase in charges for shipping and handling was made in 2001. Since that time, all carriers (including the U.S. Postal Service) have raised their rates by as much as 3 percent each year. However, please keep in mind that most NHLBI publications still can be viewed and downloaded at no cost online: http://emall.nhlbihin.net.
