Your Heart, Your Life: Picture Cards

The picture cards are part of the Your Heart, Your Life program. The program includes: *A 9-session manual with easy-to-read teaching notes and handouts *Más vale prevenir que lamentar: Guía sobre la salud del corazóón, a cartoon storybook and guidebook in Spanish only *A packet of picture cards *A videotape of 60 second heart-health dramas in Spanish only. Along with the Your Heart, Your Life: A Lay Health Educator's Manual, the picture cards can help you present many of the ideas in the program. Each picture goes with a section of the manual. When you see the "picture card" symbol, you will know to show a picture.
