Bringing Heart Health to Latinos Kit - Book and Video

This community-based program guide and 7-minute video provide the steps for planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating grass roots programs to promote heart health among Latinos. Based on Salud para su Corazón, a successful pilot program conducted by the NHLBI in Washington, DC, the kit enables you to develop an interactive program for colleagues, community leaders, and potential sponsors to gain additional ideas and support.
